The Ray.Traffic Fines application is designed to check and pay traffic police fines, issue e-OSAGO, pay tax arrears and obtain reference information in the field of road traffic.

When checking fines, official sources are used - GIS GMP and GIBDD (gibdd.ru). To check and pay fines, you need to go through several simple steps:
1. Add a vehicle registration certificate (STS) for individuals and a driver's license (DL). Traffic police fines are displayed with a photo, the address of the violation and the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses under which the violation was issued. This will help make sure that the fines were not received by mistake, and also know in the future where you need to drive carefully so as not to receive fines from the traffic police in this area anymore.
2. If there is a fine, you can pay it using a Visa / MasterCard bank card (3-D Secure / PCI DSS security standard). You can also pay a fine using SberPay and SBP - it's fast and convenient.
