The Ray.Traffic Fines application is designed to check and pay traffic police fines, issue e-OSAGO, pay tax arrears and obtain reference information in the field of road traffic.

When checking fines, official sources are used - GIS GMP and GIBDD (gibdd.ru). To check and pay fines, you need to go through several simple steps:
1. Add a vehicle registration certificate (STS) for individuals and a driver's license (DL). Traffic police fines are displayed with a photo, the address of the violation and the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses under which the violation was issued. This will help to make sure that the fines did not come by mistake, and also to know in the future where you need to drive carefully so as not to receive fines from the traffic police in this area anymore.
2. If there is a fine, you can pay it using a bank card. You can also pay the fine using SberPay and SBP - it is fast and convenient. When paying a fine, a 50% discount is provided within 20 days from the date of the decision on this violation.
3. After paying the fine, you will receive a bank payment order and a receipt for payment of the fine. If necessary, you can provide these documents to the traffic police officer.
